I’m going to start listing all of the tools I have bought or plan to buy for various household tasks. Maybe some of you need to fix the same things as me and might find this useful.
I bought a file set not too long ago, but it takes forever to grind down the metal on my door latches. I am going to get these drill bits to use with my Dremel. Once it’s shaped down a bit, I’ll use the hand files for a finishing touch.

I have had a few over the years, but I am always missing one or two of them. I picked these because of the rounded lower edge.

This one actually works! I had an older version of a “smart” garage door opener and it was 50% at best. This one is bullet proof, and now I don’t have to buy new remotes. An added plus for those days when you leave the house and are not sure if you closed the garage door. Just open the app and it will tell you.
