Seems like an odd topic, but what the hell. Every day I get up and think, I wonder if I lost another pound. I found the best time to weigh myself is in the morning, as soon as I get out of bed before I start filling myself up with food and water, etc. If I can, I get a quick restroom break (details spared) and then walk over to the scale. I weigh myself three times and take the average of the three. I do this because oftentimes the scale is a little off.
Today I squeaked out another pound!
