The usual weight struggle ensues. I lost a lot of weight, got to where I needed to be, but sadly I am back where I started. I’ll be logging progress here again but taking a slightly different approach this time. There is no secret to weight loss, it’s eat less and move more, rinse and repeat.
I’m talking to my doctor about a plan and will be executing this plan going forward. I plan to do more dog walking, workout at home on a new “Tonal” system, and lap swimming at the local rec center.
