For the last month, I went off my diet and started doing my own thing. The good news is I didn’t gain any weight, but I also didn’t lose much either. Perhaps stabilizing for a month is good for me too.
Next week I go onto the second phase of my one-year plan, so I started to focus on the weight loss again.
This morning I spent an hour on the elliptical, watching an episode of Tudors on Showtime at the same time. I just started season one, I think I’ll continue. I finished my retaining wall project in the back yard. Lots of carrying huge bricks back and forth and a whole bunch of shoveling dirt. After all this I weighed myself and I am down to 282. I haven’t been this weight since I was in the Air Force!
The next phase of my diet will be mostly meeting with a nutritionist, and making sure my eating habits are good.
